ALIGN PILATES GONDOLA POLE 60' - Metal, for use while performing standing work on a Pilates reformer.
The 60″ Metal Pilates Pole increases scapular stabilization and aids alignment during Pilates exercises performed on the Reformer, Ladder Barrel, or during Pilates matwork. It also aids balance when performing standing exercises on Pilates reformers, particularly if you have longer legs. With the additional weight — due to its iron construction compared to a wooden pole, this makes exercises more challenging by increasing resistance. Also available in the 32″ version, plus lighter wooden 60″ and 32″ versions.
