swami G does not have a retail store you can visit but we are open 24/7/365 at www.swamig.store for you to shop at your convenience.

ORDER STATUS

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Can I pick up my order?

Do you ship to a location outside of Canada?

What size socks should I buy?

Here’s our rule of thumb (or shall we say toe): Choose the size that’s indicated on the sock size chart (found on each product page). If you’re on the cusp on the size chart, we recommend sizing up.

How do I wash my ToeSox, Tavi Noir, Base 33 or Disney Sock?

There’s nothing delicate about ToeSox; they are durable, soft socks that can take your feet on a long journey. Here’s your cheat sheet:

• Grip Socks – Wash inside out in gentle cycle. Line dry or low heat in dryer. Do not bleach or iron.
• Casual Socks - Wash in gentle cycle. Line dry or low heat in dryer. Do not bleach or iron.
• Sport Socks - Machine wash warm. Dry low heat. Do not bleach or iron.
