We make sure to offer you a safe and secure delivery from the best shipping service providers. Service providers will vary depending on the region, in Canada, the package is being delivered to.

DELIVERY ACROSS CANADA

Order online and receive your purchase quickly, at home, at work or at any address in Canada (exceptions may apply)

Our preferred shipping provider is Canada Post Expedited Parcel. This service can take up to 7 business days in transit.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery costs, for orders over $80 (before taxes), are always free for all regular sized merchandise.

Oversize products* may have a shipping surcharge added, per item, at checkout. These items are clearly identified on our website.

Align-Pilates Reformer equipment does not qualify for free shipping. Freight will be added. To get a freight quote on any Align-Pilates piece please contact us at info@swamiG.ca or 1-888-756-7798

CURBSIDE PICKUP

Yes, we do curbside pickup. You will have to reach out and give us advanced notice. Best way to reach us is via email: info@swamiG.ca

PROCESSING TIME

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping times will vary depending on your location.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA

We are only able to ship Align-Pilates to locations outside of Canada. If you are interested in purchasing Align-Pilates equipment, please contact us at info@swamiG.ca or 1-888-756-7798

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order ships you will receive a tracking number, via email, from swami G. This email will provide the “shipped by” company and corresponding tracking number. These tracking number are unique per shipment.
