The Ladder Barrel is designed for quick adjustments, allowing easy setup for users of different sizes or exercises. To adjust, simply open the two quick-release cam levers, slide the barrel in or out, and close the levers.

Like its predecessor, the Ladder Barrel offers industry-leading adjustability with 12″ | 31 cm of range. It includes two padded standing boards (often sold separately), allowing for the perfect setup for any height. The arc and dimensions of the Ladder Barrel RC have been revised to more closely match classical proportions. The RC barrel now has a smaller diameter and is in line with classical proportions. It also features an additional 0.2″ | 5 mm of EVA padding for added comfort. A padded rung wrap is now included, which can be zipped onto any bar for extra comfort, especially on the tops of the feet.
